Required Documents
  • Copy of the Labor Card.
  • Copies of the trade license.
  • Copy of the representative's passport.
  • Copy of the sponsor's passport.
  • Copy of the Authorized Signatory's passport.
  • Power of Attorney should be attested in the court in case of the authorized signatory is other
    than the local sponsor.
  • In Case the name of local sponsor is not stated on the trade license(s), a confirmation by the
    department of economic & development stating the name of the owners / partners, or a copy of the memorandum of association attested by the notary public should be enclosed.
