Free Zone Clients are companies operating inside various Free Zones in the Emirate of Dubai who  are by virtue of their license permitted to operate their business inside those specified Free Zone.  They are, depending on the type of the license and activities mentioned therein, permitted import, store and manufacture goods in the free zone and export them out of free zone subject to the rules and regulations laid down by the Department or other competent authorities.

The conditions and requirements to obtain an FREE ZONE CODE.

Must hold a valid   license issued by the competent Free Zone Authority in Dubai. The client shall be permitted deal in only those goods permitted by the license.

Fill the APPLICATION FOR FREE ZONE CODE FORM submit it electronically and follow it up with:

A payment of Dhs.100.00 as Free Zone  Code Fee

Submission of the application form duly signed and stamped by the authorized person of the company.

Submission of a copy of the valid trade license

Agreement with logistics operators in case the client does not have a warehouse facility

Warehouse operation fitness certificate from Free Zone Authority.

Undertaking letter in the prescribed format.

Presenting  the original License (will be returned after verification)
